Terms of Service

Selat is a local VPN subscription management prototype for evaluation and authorized use. These terms describe the prototype; commercial service terms must be reviewed before public launch.

Accounts and access

Keep your password and subscription URL private. You are responsible for activity through your account. Administrators may disable accounts, revoke device registrations or suspend entitlements for misuse or operational reasons.

Plans and payments

Plans provide the displayed traffic quota, device registration allowance and validity period. There is no automatic renewal. A new activation replaces the current entitlement and revokes its device registrations. Manual payment requests do not transfer money; an administrator must verify and approve them. Vouchers are limited by eligibility, validity and usage counts. Cancelled or rejected requests do not restore coupon usage.

Trials and availability

Trials are limited to one per account and may be disabled. Development VPN nodes are simulated, do not provide internet connectivity, and have no availability guarantee. This prototype is supplied for local evaluation without a service-level agreement.

Responsible use

Use the service only with appropriate authorization and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use it to circumvent authentication, captive portals or access controls.

Support and changes

Contact the administrator responsible for your local installation for account, payment, deletion or support requests. Policy changes should be published here before any material change to the service.
